Cancellation Any cancellation of an order for items that are ex-stock Bangkok is subject to a 50% surcharge; & indent items to a 100%
surcharge.
Return of items in original packaging and good condition, is subject to our management's approval. Cancellation Surcharge is
applicable to return for indent items.

Warranty All light fittings supplied under the above-mentioned are under warranty against mechanical and electrical defects for a period
of 1 year, commencing from the date of delivery.
All lamps supplied under the above-mentioned project are under warranty according to the "burning hours" stipulated by the
manufacturer, commencing from the last date of delivery. We will only supply the lamps and replacement shall be by others.
Our warranty of light fittings and lamps does not cover the following:
1) Wrong installation not in accordance to manufacturers' specification and/or mishandling by you.
2) Damages due to wrong installation not in accordance to manufacturers' specification and/or mishandling by you.
3) Incompatibility between transformers and dimming system/dimmer switches(by others).
4) Water Seepages in outdoor light fixtures due to wrong installation methods.(Manufacturer's installation instructions are
available upon request)
5) All buried inground lights should have a provision of a 20cm drainage gravel (by main contractor) for water evacation;
otherwise warranty will be considered null and void.

Additional Any additional order's) is subject to a new quote. If the additional quantity does not meet the minimum freighting volume, the
Order cost of freight is to be borne by the client.
All prices quoted herein are based on shipment of sea-freight. For goods to be air-freighted, additional costs will be charged.
Goods can only be stored at our premises for a maximum of 2 weeks from the requested Date of Delivery. Otherwise, we
reserve the right to charge a storage cost at Baht 1,000 per day for every Baht 250,000.00 of goods.

Remarks Discount / Warranty offered herein is only valid upon full settlement of payment on due date.
Final quantity for cold cathode/neon lighting is subject to final site measurements.
