A FEW QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS
1. Given that your engineering team is assembled from world largest
manufacturers, is your generator set technology adaptation of any of the
existing ones or a highbred of the known deployments.
2. If new, how many running hours has your design achieved as of today?
3. What is the limiting factor for the generator capacity to only 1MW? Cant
it be more at a given location?
4. In modern times, generating sets of the reciprocating engine type exists in
capacities of 10MW and above (even in Nigeria); can the ZHRO Series
technology be designed to power those?
5. How long will a typical quarterly maintenance program last?
6. Any estimate of the cost of this maintenance? In other words, what are the
O&M estimate for the first five (5) years?
7. Water consumption is estimated at 475bb/month or 75,525 litres per month
which amount to about 25,000 litres per day for a 30 days month. In a
typical ocean rig, how do u suggest this water would be sourced?
8. The inlet gas pressure is 45PSI. Does this suggest that some pre-treatment
of the associated gas is required before input into your system?
9. What is the actual gas consumption of the gen set in MCFD at 1MW power
output?
