Reasons behind suspicions that she was MURDERED

Indians must question how is it that a Chief Minister who had simple case of fever and
dehydration, was kept in the hospital for more than 2 months and 15 days.
It was a very simple case of fever and dehydration.

Here she was admitted to UBER CORPORATE hospital with a simple case of fever and
dehydration, nobody was allowed meet her during her course of treatment, raising further

meet her, the hospital kept cooking up stories how she was completely fine and she was
ordering nurses around. But suddenly she died of cardiac arrest and no medical report was

Chennai: Tamil Nadu chief Minister J.Jayalalitha, who was admitted to Apollo
Hospitals in Chennai on Thursday night after she complained of fever and
dehydration, has responded well to treatment, doctors said.The 68-year-old AIADMK
chief 's condition is said to be stable. A press release issued by the hospita1s COO
Subbiah Viswanathan on Friday afternoon said, The chief minister has no fever now,
and is taking a normal diet. She is under observation.

Politicians who went inside the hospital building assured the people outside that the
CM was fine and taking rest but the mood outside the hospital, among the cadres,
was sombre. Senior party functionaries visited temples across the state offering
special prayers for her recovery. With ministers and party office-bearers congregating

Chennai: Tamil Nadu governor C Vidyasagar Rao allocated all the portfolios of
chief minister J Jayalalithaa to state finance minister O Panneerselvam on
Tuesday
 The portfolios include public department, IAS, IPS, IFS, general administration,
police and home. However J.Jayalalithaa will continue to be the chief minister
Panneerselvam will also preside over state cabinet meetings.
This arrangement has been made as per the advice of the Chief Minster; and will
continue until Jayalalithaa resumes her duties, an official statement from Raj
Bhavan said.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa was admitted in Apollo Hospitals on
September 22 with fever and dehydration. According to a recent medical bulletin,
the CM has been advised a longer stay in hospital. Owingto her extended

Tamil Nadu chief minister J.Jayalalithaa in response to a petition filed by a
member of her party Why cant we exhume her body?" asked a bench, adding that the
sudden nature of her death and the fact that no medical report had been submitted
has raised suspicions. '1he bench was responding to a petition filed by AIADMK member
PA Joseph.
In his petition, Joseph asked the Centre to set up a commission to probe the mysterious
death of Jayalalithaa" similar to the commission formed for Subhas Chandra Bose.
Pointing to the conflicting reports the party had given joseph had said that the public had a
right to know what happened
Jayalalithaa was admitted to hospital on September 22 and died on December 4, two days
after she suffered a heart attack. Her death triggered waves of grief across Chennai as
thousands of people flocked to the hospital and her memorial to pay their respects to one of

HC judge too has his doubts on Jaya death

The high court bench also issued notices, among others, to three Union ministries,
CBI and Apollo Hospitals. The bench was hearing a public interest litigation
(PIL) filed by
AIADMK worker P A Joseph, who cited the Calcutta high court order appointing
a judicial commission to unravel the mystery shrouding the disappearance of
Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, and sought a similar order asking three former
judges of the Supreme Court to probe Jayalalithaas hospitalisation and death.
Noting that he had his own doubts about the death, Justice Vaidyanathan cited
reports that claimed Jayalalithaa had been eating, signing papers and even
conducting meetings before her condition suddenly worsened and she passed
away -
 Right to live is a fundamental right. We do not want to go into the issues
regarding treatment, but the public should know about that. After her demise,
when there is suspi-
cion, anybody can come and question, he said. Pointing out that no revenue
division officer (RDO) visitedher and that no medical records were furnished, he
said no photographs or medical details had been released even after her demise.
The bench recalled a similar situation in the late 1980s when former chief
minister MG Ramachandran was ill and said, When MGR was taking treatment,
the government released a videograph of the chief minister '
State advocate general R Muthukumaraswamy however; said the first bench of
the High Court had dismissed similar petitions ear- lier and that it was scheduled
to hear another PIL on the subject on January 4.
The Supreme Court was to hear a similar PIL on Friday he said. When J Madhana
Gopala Rao, senior central government standing counsel, accepted notice on
behalf of the Prime Ministers Office and the Centre and said they would file a
counter affidavit as they had the details, the bench accused the Centre of
remaining quiet for reasons known only to it.
It issued notices to the state and Centre and adjourned the case to January 9 for
further hearing.

Senior advocate K M Vijayan, appearing for Joseph, said the judicial commission
must act as a fact-finding authority peruse all records in possession of the
government and the hospital, and go into several questionable incidents
including Jayalalithaas sudden hospitalisation, her reported~ recovery and the
sudden cardiac arrest which subsequently resulted in her death.
Hospital allowed Jaya natural cessation of life

Chennai: Former CM J Jayalalithaa was allowed a natural cessation of life on December 5, a
day after she was put on support system following a cardiac arrest, Apollo Hospitals has told the
Madras high court. The hospital did not specify who gave consent for the decision.

A medical decision was takento allow a natural cessation of life, it submitted on Thursday in
response to a PIL fled by P A Joseph seeking appointment of three former SC judges to investigate
the treatment details. The hospital said the former CM did not want her photographs during the
period to be released.
The state government also said, forthe first time, that on September 22, 2016, when she was
admitted to hospital Jayalalithaa had underlying co-morbidities, along with fever and
dehydration.
A team of doctors from AIIMS, Delhi, was deputed by the Centre on its request, the government
said.
In his counter-affidavit, the hospital chairman said:
All information released by Apollo Hospitals pertaining to the treatment of the late CMwas done
as per her wishes. The ` late CM had ex- pressed desire that no photographs be released. He told
a bench of acting Chief Justice Huluvadi G Ramesh and Justice R Mahadevan that
the hospital released statements during the 75-day hospitalisation only on request of the state
government in the interests of maintaining public order.
The hospital complied with the MCI Code of Ethics and the Joint Commission International (JCI)
norms, which require them to respect patients privacy preferences. It includes whether the patient
 objects to sharing information with family or third parties, or if the patient has objections to being
photographed, it said.
The best care was provided and she was attended to by an AIIMS team deputed by the Centre, it
said.As for the reported recovery of Jayalalithaa and her sudden demise on December 5, the
hospital said: The CM was admitted on September 22, 2016 and showed improvement with

In their affidavit, the state health and home department said Jayalalithaa was admitted to the
hospital on the night of September22, 2016, with complaints of fever and dehydration and
underlying co-morbidities. KM Vijayan, senior counsel for the petitioner objected to the counter-
affidavits, saying they were identical.
Madana Gopal Rao, counsel representing the Centre, objected to the PMO being needlessly named
in the case and sought its removal. The bench gave the Centre two weeks to file a counter and

On September 22, 2016 - Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha was admitted to the hospital with fever and
dehydration. The doctors later said she needed a longer stay as she was suffering from infection and put her on

Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha (on respiratory support since September 22, ) was pulled up by the Centre for carrying on
with Universal PDS which gives everybody access to subsidized Sugar , Rice , wheat, pulses, ..etc. ( or for the non-

is believed that this was done on orders of the central government.
Thumb impression of Ailing Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha was taken on the forms for all the AIADMK
candidates, while she was still in the ICU ward of Apollo Hospitals, Gream Roads, Chennai.
Narendra Modi Government has asked Tamil Nadu Government steered by Finance Minister O Panneerselvam to take

Wednesday and spent some 20 minutes, where they only spoke to doctors. They also did not speak to the media persons
waiting outside.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha to Panneerselvam, on orders of Narendra Modi Government, at the behest of

Suspicious nature of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha death

People must question how a person suffering from a simple case of fever and dehydration, needed to be
kept in the hospital for 75 days..?
People in general recover from fever and dehydration, in just 24 hours. She was deliberately kept in the
hospital claiming that she was suffering from more complications. Nobody from the party, her relatives
or friends was allowed to meet her. Hospital claimed that it was Chief Ministers own wish that nobody
must meet her.
It should be obvious to everybody that this Rothschild proxy funded hospital is lying through its teeth.
Its a clear case of MEDICAL MURDER.
 1. Madras High Court had noted that no revenue division officer (RDO) visited her and that no
medical records were furnished.
2. Madras High Court had noted that no photographs or medical details had been released even after
her demise.
3. If she was eating, signing papers and even conducting meetings, why wasnt she discharged from
hospital..? If she was fine and well, why wasnt media allowed into the hospital..?
4. if thumb impressions were taken it means she was unconscious and it was taken without her
permission, with a wink and a nod from the PMO ( Prime Minister Narendra Modi ). Her
minions are incapable of taking such a bold decisions.
The hospital claimed that Jayalalithaa had been eating, signing papers and even conducting meetings
before her condition suddenly worsened and she passed away. Madras High Court had noted that public
should know about circumstances about her death.
Senior advocate K M Vijayan, appearing for Joseph, said that several questionable incidents including
Jayalalithaa sudden hospitalisation, her reported~ recovery and the sudden cardiac arrest which
subsequently resulted in her death - raises suspiscion. He further said the judicial commission must act
as a fact-finding authority peruse all records in possession of the government and the hospital.
Simple case of fever and dehydration hardly warrants hospitalization, since she was a Chief Minister
she was taken to a hospital.

Conclusion
Its a clear case of medical murder.
A popular and powerful Chief Minister was murdered to weaken the party and her government. Her
best friend Sasikala , who would have taken over the party was hurriedly dispatched to jail.
