Products and Services

Talent Assessment:
We offer a robust and highly customisable, web-based, talent
assessment system which can host almost any kind of tests and
assessment. Our assessment suits consists of more than 1000
assessment tools to measure knowledge, skills, aptitude, personality,
preferences and competence. Most of our tests are accredited by the
IIBP.

In addition to the tests developed in-house, we have partnered with

leading testing companies in India to let our clients have their all
assessment needs met from one source.

Apart from third party vendors, our system also has the option to
deploy client`s tests and assessments giving them the benefit for
standardised testing.

Talent Development:
We customised development centres (DCs) to help companies bridge
the competency gap and prepare their human resource to be future
ready. All our programmes are accredited by IIBP.

In addition to the development centres, we also provide IIBP

accredited certifications in the area of Psychometric Testing and
Assessment/Development centres.

We also design and run customised training programs specially

tailored to your exact needs.

Talent Analytics:
Our consultants help you make sense from the data gathered
throughout your talent management process. All our talent analytics
work is thoroughly grounded in research and focused on business
results through optimum utilisation of human resources.

Talent assessment
Ability Tests:
We have a wide range of ability tests measuring work-related
knowledge (like programming, industry awareness) skills (like coding,
php, mysql, database management, MS-Office), cognitive abilities (like
reasoning, numerical ability, verbal ability) and functional aptitude (like
mechanical aptitude, spatial aptitude).

In addition to that we work closely with our

clients to develop new tests or incorporate
their tests into our system. Many of our
existing clients have their own tests
delivered through our system which allows
for greater flexibility and efficient test
administration.

Personality Tests:
We offer standardised and validated
personality assessment tools based on
trait as well as type based approach to
personality. All our tools are well
rooted into the cultural context of the
intended population and developed
following international best practices
outlined by the International Test
Commission. We have more than a
dozen personality tests developed on
different theories of personality.

Competency Based Tests:

Our competency based test suit consists of more than 80 competency
tests divided into 6 categories. It is one of the most advanced
competency assessment systems in the world with thoroughly tested
and IRT calibrated item bank. This platform is available through a
BYOT (Build Your Own Test) interface which allows our clients to define
the competency list for a specific job-position or job-family and
creating tailored test for those competencies.

Development Centres:
We design and execute customised development center for
developing desired competencies for middle and senior managers.
Our development centres are designed and delivered by a cross-
function team of I/O Psychologists and subject matter experts to give
the maximum value to our clients.

Assessment of effectiveness of learning interventions:

We help our clients in evaluating the effectiveness of their various
learning interventions by providing design and analysis support. Our
