Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

Independence has been one of the ways to explore as a pioneer in which I can
perform or consolidate in the academic and communication level to grow as a
person.

Relationships allowed me to make and share good friends, with whom I share the
same interests and ideals. I like to share ideas and interact in groups to learn and
progress in social relationships. It is very good to listen to other people's ideas
because this way you learn a lot better and you reach agreement to choose an
ideo or join ideas to make a better idea.

The challenge has been and continues to be one of the main factors of motivation
and self-improvement to overcome the obstacles that are presented to me. Every
time a challenge comes up, I give my best and I work hard to get over it.
The interest has been the push to feel the passion for the things that I do. Every
time that I propose a project that interests me, I focus exclusively on the project
leaving the rest in the background, until everything comes out successfully.

The competition has been and will be a motivation not to be a conformist person
With the knowledge I have learned in the transcendent studies, and the skills I
have. It puts me in the loop and motivates me to constantly improve to be the best
and prevent competition from overtaking me.

Security has allowed me to disengage easily and allows me to pass on my ideals


to others without fear. Thanks to the security I am imposing and I have respected
my point of view in the interaction with my classmates and friends.

Variety has been an incentive to get out of the monotony. Allows me to vary the
activities so as not to be repetitive, so that my interest is not lost.

The sastifacion of working hard and getting good excellent results is a lifestyle is a
good motivation. I always try to have an active lifestyle, not to live the same way,
where I experience new things, not how I lived the same way as I did several years
ago.

The recognition of the people is a reward, which makes me think that the effort I
made was not in vain, it is also an incentive to a good job.

Money has never been my motivation, I find it a bit bland and not gratifying to have
matealistic wealth. It is true that money allows us to live a better life, but I do not
feel comfortable and satiated to be rich because the material comes and goes
while family relationships and friendships do not.
