Topic : Animal and Us.

Sub Topic : 1.1.2 Change the spacing of paragraph.

Objectives : By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to

I ) Copy an essay correctly.

II) Change the spacing of the text from single to double and vice versa.

Activities : i) Pupils copy the paragraph from the previous ICTL lesson.

ii) Pupils highlight the whole text.

iii) Pupils click FORMAT at the menu bar.

iv) From the PARAGRAPH pop up menu, pupils go to the LINE SPACING and
choose the double spacing and click OK.

v) Pupils repeat step 3 and change the text spacing from double to single
spacing.

vi) Pupils save their work into the ICTL folder.
