1. Disconnect mains input line

2. Disconnect Battery

3. Examine components and wiring for signs of overheating and melted insulation.

4. Check all connections

5. Check for loose wires

6. Check that cooling air fan is not impeded

7. Check and clean air inlet filters

8. Remove dust from panel (yearly)

9. Check the operation of the rectifier and voltage levels.

10. Check for correct phase sequence

11. Fans should be replaced every 3-5 years. YTD ______

12. Thermoswitch TH1 on the heatsink starts the fan when the temperature is above 64 0C. Replace

every 5 years. YTD _____
