Immediate start:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our

events Production team working for the next 4 weeks towards
the first Gorjys Secrets Event in Caer Rhun Hall, Conwy, North
Wales.

Gorjys Secrets is an amazing music event in the most

gorgeous (Gorjys in Welsh) environment of Caer Rhun Hall
stunning terraces and woodlands. The festival needs to be
promoted widely across all social media platforms where
possible and integrate across all possible business and
networking hubs associated with the events, music and
festival industry.

Capacity at the venue is 5000 but we anticipate hosting

between 500 2500 guests. The success of this event will be
directly related to the successful delivery of the event via an
efficient and streamlined production team. The production
office will be responsible for working directly with the festival
artists and event staff, working directly in the logistic
department and helping with communications across the site.

Applicants for this role should:

Be highly selfmotivated, well organised and skilled in

administration
Able to work on their own initiative, have a positive outlook
and patient disposition
Have excellent social media competency and be confident in
emailing and correspondence and computer literacy
Be able to adopt and help to develop the ethos and vision of
 Gorjys Secrets and the wider aims of Gorjys Events.
Be well presented, confident and outgoing, with a positive
work ethic and ready to work within the high pressure events
environment
Be available to join a highly energetic 3 weeks build up to the
festival, be available throughout festival week, and be
available to help festival round up in the week following the
event itself.
