Advantage #1 - to Eat healthy it can be a help to live more time. Obviously, anything is guaranteed
with eating healthy, but there is a great possibility that people will live more time when she eats in
a healthy way. To eat the appropriate foods can be a help to have to the organs of their body in
good state and not to eat healthy help that you/they deteriorate a little quicker.
Disadvantage #1 - people sometimes criticized or she joked with you about her diet. People will
laugh and, she will sometimes even have some distance to eat healthy. This is due to the fact that
they don't have the intention of making it, for what the best answer is not to respond. Everybody
chooses what wants to make with their body and a person eating healthy it could be the target of
the critics or jokes if they decide to live in a strict diet in their biggest part.
Advantage #2 - people that follow a healthy diet are less prone to have overweight. The obesity is
something that most of people don't enjoy, and a way to combat this is to eat well. When seeing
everything as a group of foods and knowledge how much one can have and with what frequency
he/she is allowed to have a healthy corporal weight. There are so many potential dangers with the
overweight that is better not to be fat, and to eat healthy help to get this objective.
Disadvantage #2 - The relapse is a negative to eat healthy. For example, if a person eats healthy
during one year, and everybody sees that this is happening, and the person can even question
sometimes people's nutritious habits (that should never happen), and then you/he/she relapses
and she abandons her good nutritious habits. He/she began to eat what wants, and this caused
that the followed diet is abandoned and the time that has used has gotten lost..
Advantages #3 - people of good nutritious and healthy habits cause people to feel better in their
biggest part. One of the big myths is that the sugar and the caffeine give you energy, although this
could be in a temporary way, but to eat healthy it will be the genuine energy and you will feel
better during the whole day.
Disadvantages #3 - A person that eats healthy it can put on in uncomfortable situations. If you eat
healthy, and it analyzed in many occasions their situation, many situations will think about. The
foods of business, parties of Christmas, and the parties will often be the temptation to make trap.
On the other hand, if you have a family, holidays, the birthdays and events of the family can really
put on approval their discipline, and, sometimes, people finished giving and finally she will have a
relapse.
To take a healthy feeding it is important to have discipline and character, as all process in the life,
advantages and disadvantages are presented. But we should have present to take a healthy and
balanced feeding it is synonymous of good health and vitality.
Proposals or solutions to improve our feeding
When it is to eat, we all have very ingrained habits.
Some are good ("I always take my breakfast") and
other not so good ("always accent the clean plate").
in spite of the fact that many feeding habits acquire
them from the childhood, it doesn't mean that it is
too much afternoon to change them.
" MEDITATE on all their feeding habits, so much
good as bad, as well as in the things that unchain
that he/she eats in not very healthy form.
" SUBSTITUTE their not very healthy alimentary habits for other healthier ones.
" REINFORCE their new feeding habits.
