Project Monitoring System (PMS)

1. Login to PMS
Project Monitoring System is a tool to monitor the physical and financial progress under
Integrated RMSA, States/UTs may view the Status of GoI Releases, approved outlays,
coverage as per UDISE, school wise list of approvals, school wise gaps, cancellations in
approvals etc. under Integrated RMSA. In addition, on line submission of Monthly Progress
Reports, physical as well as financial, can also be made by the respective State/UTs in the
PMS.

There are following steps to login the system:

1. Open RMSA website by typing the following web address to the Chrome Browser
(for best results)

www.rmsaindia.org

Or

http://103.7.128.243/

Following screen will appear:

Click on PMS, following screen will appear

Click on States/Districts Login, following screen will appear

The screen will ask the Username and Password. The username is the UDISE State/District
Codeand password has already been provided to the State officialsand they have also used
earlier in RMSA monitoring system.After entering the password and Captcha given in green
box, following screen will appear:

On the screen various options are available i.e. Profile, Approvals/Cancellations,
Gaps, EBBs, SFDs, Financial Management, GIS, Downloads etc.

State/District may use these options to download and export school wise list of
approvals against various components, Social Categories etc.

Process of Submitting Online AWP&B on PMS

To submit the Online Plan and e-costing,State/District to click on Progress.

After clicking, following screen will appear :

By clicking the AWP option , you will see List of activities, Plan Proposal, and
View Proposal options as given below :

Clicking on List of activities, master heads of suggested activities will appear which
will help in planning of activities of forthcoming AWP&B.

Click on second option under AWP.

Clicking on Plan Proposal optionfor submission of online AWP through PMS.
Following Screen will appear

State/UTs to select the parameter as given in the screen i.e. Year, Component, Type
and activity.
Next step is to enter the activity wise proposal. State to submit the physical, unit cost
and financial against each activity proposing.
State to give page reference of particular activity from the detailed write up of AWPB
State may also give very brief remarks under the same column if it is required.
Then, State to submit or reset the proposal.
Same exercise to be done for various activities under various components (RMSA,
ICT, IEDSS, GH& VE) of Integrated RMSA for submitting the online AWP&B.
After entering each and every activity to be proposed against various components of
Integrated RMSA, state to check the entered plan.
After checking entered plan, next step is to freeze the plan.
For freezing the plan, State/UT to enter in the freezing module.
Clicking AWP under freezing module, following screen will appear:

Under the freezing module, State/UT to select the parameters as given in the screen.
Following screen will appear to check the components or activities of the plan before freezing
it finally.

After checking the proposed activities under various components, State to upload the plan as
showed below in the screen.

State can upload maximum five files/documents in RAR/7Z/ZIP Format

After uploading the documents, State to click on the freeze button. As in the following
screen.

Process of Downloading/viewing Submitted online AWP&B on PMS

To view e-costing of AWP&B, Click on the AWP&B View Proposal Select
parameter(given)
After Clicking on above options, following Screen will appear:

To Download the submitted AWP& B, Click on AWP&BPlan Download Select

parameter(given).

Following Screen will appear:

By Clicking on Total amount, activity wise Proposal of State can be viewed.

By Clicking on button, Documents of AWPB can be downloaded.
