Dear Mr. Fernando:

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as one of
your faculty in the accountancy department.. I never thought I would ever leave such a great
firm, but when the opportunity arouse to own and operate my own accounting firm in
Kidapawan City, which you know Ive always been dreaming of, I had to take advantage of
it.
My last day of employment will be October 20, 2016.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the firm, about all the people Ive encountered
with my years of service with the college, and especially about you and all the other
employees. Its really hard for me to leave all of you especially MVC but its my hope that
we will stay in touch as I begin this new chapter in my life.

I would be happy to help with the transition of my duties to my successor for a smooth
departure.
