SUBJECT: MG 301 - SERVICES MARKETING PROJECT

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to certify that students of the abovementioned course will be undertaking a project that requires them
to assess an organizations service strategy. The purpose of this project is to help them realize what happens
in real life situations in organizations. In this project, students are required to interview a manager and ask
him/her about service related issues facing the organization. It is a group project and is part of their course
assessment for this course.

The basic purpose of this field work exercise is only to gain practical insights into services marketing and as
such the information and data that will be made available or given to the students during the course of this
visit will be used only for the purpose of the course exercise. In this respect, I seek your kind support and
