Oil types LL2-HL2-77-90-105 A

Only fully synthetic ISO Viscosity Grade 68-100 piston compressor oils are to
be used in classic A type compressors.
All compressors are tested and delivered with Mobil Rarus 827.
Our air compressors are mechanically not a challenge to lubricates and
most synthetic oils can be used without problems.
High temperatures create formations of carbon deposits in the air coolers
and valves that can result in problems if the oil is not of good quality.
Compressors are working in different environments around the world with
temperature differences exceeding 50 degrees Celsius leaving us with the
following advice. Run the compressor with our suggested oil brand for
100 hours, check all valves and coolers for carbon deposits and also check
the oil consumption is with-in the accepted limit. Repeat this at 250, 500, and
1000 hours and if the valves and coolers are in good order the oil is suitable.

Oil types LL2-HL2-77-90-105 A

Only fully synthetic ISO Viscosity Grade 68-100 piston compressor oils are to
be used in classic A type compressors.
All compressors are tested and delivered with Mobil Rarus 827.
Our air compressors are mechanically not a challenge to lubricates and
most synthetic oils can be used without problems.
High temperatures create formations of carbon deposits in the air coolers
and valves that can result in problems if the oil is not of good quality.
Compressors are working in different environments around the world with
temperature differences exceeding 50 degrees Celsius leaving us with the
following advice. Run the compressor with our suggested oil brand for
100 hours, check all valves and coolers for carbon deposits and also check
the oil consumption is with-in the accepted limit. Repeat this at 250, 500, and
1000 hours and if the valves and coolers are in good order the oil is suitable.
