Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
I feel security is the most important factor in my motivation. I think when you
believe in yourself everyone else will believe in you too, and you will be able to
reach your goals. The second factor in my list is interest, when you like the thing
you do, you do it with pasion and love. As third factor I chose challege, I trully
belive it is a key to succes, I like to complete difficult tasks at my job. In fourt place,
I thin competence is important too. The sixth factor I think is importaint, is
relationships, when we have good relatioships with our coworkes we can reach our
goals together as a team, and in an efective way. The next factor on my list are
variety and recognition, I dont like doing repetitive things. In the eighth place I
chose lifestyle, I think it is ligated with who you are and with your performance at
work. As nineth, I think I have to be able to do my tasks and resposabilities on my
own, so I picked independence. And the last thing on my list is money, I think
money in very important, but the other factors will help to get it.
