S PECIFICATIONS
Low brightness downlight utilizing a sharply defined
groove in a square 8" ba{fle with a long ljfe coated
mercury "R" lamp provides a widespread distributjon
of light with minimum brighlness. Baffle and housing
maintained in unit by two tension springs to assure
ease of inslallation.
Encased and potted constant wattage autotrans-
former ballast carries a "B" sound rating on a scale
ol "A" thru "F", and is guaranteed lor two years of
normal service with free replacement and installa-
tion if due to faulty workmanship or material. Ballast
is completely accessible from below ceiling line and
can be mounted remote if desired.
The 1 6 GA. qalvan ized steel strength f rame is
f urnished f or installation with lwo 10 GA. 27" long
mounting bars. Cut-outs on end of frame allows for
complete flexibility of mounting bars or lathing
channel (by others). lnner plaster ring is slotted to

allow a maximum of 1" of movement lo compensate
for ceilinq construction. Frame is furnished with
double-faced junction box and is completely pre-
wired.
Fixture is wired with 200'C. SF2 Silicone wire and
nickel-plated screw shell socket. Aluminum conduit
allows total flexibility. Porcelain socket is housed in
pure aluminum heat sink for effective heat dissipation.
