wraps
its
arms
around
Venga.

Why:
The
goal
is
to
reward
the
servers
for
a
job
well
done
while
also
simultaneously
minimizing
server
errors
in
a
fun
competitive
way.
How
it
works:
The
goal
is
to
gain
smiley
or
star
stickers.
At
every
increments
of
5,
there
will
be
a
different
prize.
Once
a
server
has
reached
the
grand
prize
at
35
stars,
the
whole
game
restarts
and
everyone
goes
back
to
zero.
How
to
gain
stickers:
There
will
be
2
different
types
of
stickers
a
server
can
get.
A
smiley
sticker
will
be
awarded
for
a
perfect
shift
while
a
star
sticker
will
be
awarded
for
a
5
star
venga
shout
out
review.
Venga
star
stickers
will
be
awarded
every
Monday
once
the
reviews
have
been
compiled
and
looked
over.

Smiley
stickers
will
be
awarded
at
the
end
of
every
shift
when
a
server's
check
out
has
been
turned
in.
Opening
manager
will
own
for
lunch
servers
and
the
closing
manager
doing
financials
will
own
for
dinner
servers.
What
a
"Perfect
Shift"
entails:
The
server
was
on
time,
meaning
in
uniform
at
preshift.
The
server
had
a
spec
uniform.
The
server
had
zero
server
errors
throughout
their
shift.
What
constitutes
a
Server
Error:
All
Server
errors
will
be
at
the
discretion
of
the
MOD
but
include:
Did
Not
Like:
due
to
incorrect
or
lack
of
tourguiding
Rang
Wrong
Item
Improper
Pacing/Coursing
of
meal
Refires:
due
to
miscommunication
or
incorrect
modifications
Incorrect
splitting
of
checks
Any
comps
due
to
a
mis-step
in
service
Losing
Stickers:
Any
time
a
server
does
not
have
a
perfect
shift
or
has
a
review
of
less
than
3
stars,
they
will
lose
a
sticker.
**
Servers
cannot
get
the
same
prize
twice.
So
if
you
reach
a
prize,
you
cannot
lose
stars
and
"re-win"
the
same
prize.
Prizes:
Will
be
posted
on
board
each
and
every
time
it
re-sets
to
zero.
