AGREEMENT

Know all men by these presents

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between:

MYLENE BABON PABLO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Blk. 9
Lot 5 South Ville 8C San Isidro Montalban, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the First
Party;

-and-

CPL JOEL CASTILLO PABLO 839601 PA, Filipino, of legal age, married and
with residence address at Blk. 9 Lot 5 South Ville 8C San Isidro Montalban, Rizal and
presently assign at GHQ, Camp Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, hereinafter
referred to as the Second Party.

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, both parties above have stipulated upon the terms and conditions,
are as follows:

1. The Second Party shall secure in favor of the First Party a Class E Allotment or
any form of transaction that will ensure the allotment of the monthly financial
support of the First Party and their children; any increase or yearly bonus
incurred by the Second Party shall be divided proportionately to the First Party
and to their children.

2. The Second Party shall provide all the basic needs such as school tuition fees
and expenses, food and shelter, of his children;

3. The Second Party shall not secure salary loan without the First Partys
knowledge and consent; whenever there is future salary loan secured by the
former, without the latters consent, it will be a ground to pursue action whether
an administrative or criminal complaint against the Second Party.

4. The First Party shall execute an affidavit of desistance without prejudice of

refilling the same action of another one.

WHERAS, both parties have agreed upon all the above stipulated terms and
conditions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 28 th day of June
2017 in Quezon City.
