Main tasks: Prepare Technical specifications for Equipment, Pump, Vessels/Tanks, Piping and Piping component. Prepare Mechanical Data sheets for Equipment, Pump, Vessels/Tanks. Prepare thickness calculation for Vesles/tanks and piping. Review of Strength calculations submitted by vendor. Prepare Insulation thickness calculation. Evaluate vendor technical proposal and provide recommendation Review of vendor design drawings for conformance to relevant internal and international standards. Provide input and review layout drawings and detail drawings of Equipment, Piping, Steel Structure from Design Department Support preparation and implementation of Engineering standards at SPV Implement of Global Engineering standards at SPV Develop equipment, piping, structure, etc installation and testing procedure Participate in HAZOP study and prepare HAZOP close our report. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Should be well conversant in AutoCAD 2014 and above, 3D Plant Engineering tools, like, Aveva 3D or similar tool, Navis Works, etc Good knowledge of international codes and standards of ASME/API/DIN. Should be well experienced in Equipment and Piping Engineering, Including Basic and detail Engineering for Continous Process Chemical Plants. Should have excellent communication, creative approach, problem solving and team working skills.
