Welcome to our 2017/2018 wholesale catalogue.
Its been a busy year so far as we celebrated the launch of our rst range of colourful cra kits, and since then we
have added nine new products just in me for Christmas, with many more excing product ideas yet to come!

Our kits are designed and made in our Brighton studio with the majority of our kit components
sourced from UK suppliers. Our packaging is designed to be cute, quirky and to stand out on
a shelf. We pride ourselves on oering products and workshops that are dierent, vibrant and
original. Making them perfect for gis, and with unique designs, full colour clear instrucons
and high quality components, your customers wont need to be craing experts to make our
projects.

Craing is growing into a movement of makers who cra for mindfulness, happiness and
an escape from the day to day. With sites such as Instagram making it easier than ever before to share your
latest creaon - a whole new generaon are nding inspiraon and geng stuck into making things!

We are really excited to be leading that movement of new makers and providing them with excing projects to
make that are aimed at leading a mindful and creave lifestyle.

ORDER MINIMUM
Minimum order value is 100.
For bespoke kits we start minimum order quanes at 100 units.
For private/corporate workshops we will require a specic minimum of aendees but this is worked out on a
case by case basis. Please let us know details of your event in advance and we will let you know.

SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at a at rate of 11 for the UK and 20 for the highlands and islands.
Internaonal orders are quoted individually
(currently we do not oer wholesale to customers outside of the EU territory).
Collecons are not available.
Our standard delivery me is 1 - 4 weeks depending upon quanty of order and our stock levels.
For all orders we will aim to get items to you as quickly as possible.
If something is out of stock we will inform you of this at the me of your order.
It can take between 2 - 5 weeks for us to restock.
We do not oer drop shipping or orders on a consignment basis.

NEW CUSTOMERS
All new customers are required to ll out a brief form detailing your business.
Once this has been submied and your account has been accepted you will be able to order.

We love helping to bring original and excing cra ideas into a reality!

Ordering is fast and easy. You can choose from the following opons below:

PAYMENT
All orders must be paid for in full before delivery.
In special circumstances with repeat large order customers we are able to oer a 30 day credit period.
However this is on a case by case basis and is not oered to rst me customers.
Unl full payment has been recieved all products will remain the property of Ellbie Co.
Aer payment has been recieved you will be unable to cancel your order.

EXCLUSIVITY
Exclusivity is managed on a case by case basis with the main aim of avoiding two stockists being too close to
each other. Online-only stockists are assessed based on the sites size, place in the market, other oerings and
type of customer. Sales on third party websites including but not limited to: Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and
notonthehighstreet are by agreement only.

OTHER INFORMATION
All wholesale orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless an item is faulty.
In this case you have 7 days to contact us via email, phone or wring.
Usually we will request that the faulty item is returned to us and then we will send you a replacement product
or refund. However in the case of missing kit components this may dier.

We currently do not charge VAT on our products however this may be subject to change,
we will inform you of this.

We reserve the right to hold a sale or to discount prices on our website at anyme.
It is the responsibility of the retailer to check the website for updates.

Our products contain components that where necessary have been tested and labelled to EU safety standards
by our suppliers. Our Neon light kit contains electroluminescent wire which has been CE tested and is fully RoHS
compliant to ensure full safety during use. Please visit the FAQ secon of our website for full advice on how to
safetly dispose of electrical/baery products if you need further advice.

Our products are not toys and are aimed at people who are aged 14 or above. Children may only use under direct
adult supervision.
