ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

BACKGROUND:

SERVICE: The Language Institute from the Salesian University.

The Language Institute of the Salesian Polytechnic University in Quito, has been
offering their services since 1994. However, it has never had a marketing study to have
an effective advertising campaign. Thats why it decided to hire the services of our
company and, you have been the selected team to be in charge of this project.

The language Institute from the Salesian University offers the service from teach a
formal English language from the students or people who are not part from the
Salesian University, and who want to learn how to speak English, the academic
authorities from this area have established ten levels to reach a high performance in
this subject, with which students are going to get two certificates, one that is endorsed
by the university and the other that gives Cambridge University in England, this
certificate serve around the world at the moment to search a work opportunity outside
the country.

PROBLEMS:

People do not have information about the Language Institute from the
Salesian University.
People do not know the benefits about learning English.
People are not motivate from study another language.
The Language Institute does not have more options from languages.
The time tables that the Language Institute has most of time are not
convenient, form all the people who want to learn English.
Most students don not study all the English levels, they only approve the levels
that are in the plan study from their career.
People prefer to study in institutes outside from the university.
The institute also considers it doesnt have as many students as it wants.
PROBLEM: MOST STUDENTS DON NOT STUDY ALL THE ENGLISH LEVELS,
THEY ONLY APPROVE THE LEVELS THAT ARE IN THE PLAN STUDY FROM
THEIR CARREER.

OBJECTIVE: Define the reason why the students of the Salesian University do not
complete the ten levels of English and only approve the levels of career

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

Found the reason why the student do not want to continue the study from the
English Language
Suggest English teachers different ways to motivate students to continue
studying de ten English levels.
Suggest English teachers interesting ways to teach English Language, with the
objective to maintain the students interesting to learn English Language.
Encourage students to learn English explain them the benefits that they are
going to have with this language.
