NOI Announces Ownership Change

committed to providing multi-vendor laser solutions, today announced that laser industry veteran, Geoff
Miller has acquired 50% ownership of NOI. Geoff will assume the role and responsibilities of Vice
President of Sales and Marketing.

Geoff brings to NOI twenty five years of sales and and senior management experience, with ten of those
