    The Ministry of Health is investing close to $12 million over the next four years to improve the capabilities of the community healthcare workforce, through the Community Care Manpower Development Award. Joseph Chua is a recipient of this award, and has been working as an occupational therapist at St Luke’s Eldercare for two and a half years. With the award, he will further his studies, pursuing SIT-TCD's Occupational Therapy degree programme before returning to St Luke's on a three-year bond continuing to contribute to community healthcare in Singapore.
