Lesson idea implementation:

This serves as an introduction and reinforcement tool to accomplish the standard (). IT offers a fun and
challenging game format that implements the drill and practice of addtion, subtraction, multiplication and
division. In a large group activity the students could play the game utilizing the smart board as a presentation
tool. As a class we can play the game through teacher directed instruction and then students can come up
and take turns.

After the introduction, the students then have the proper preparation to return to their desks to either work
independently or in pairs with the iPads. If there are students who need differentiated learning, they can
work in groups, or adjust the difficulty level of the game. Information will be provides to parents via the
classroom site/blog so then students can practice at home.
This app provides an engaging format where students can earn high scores.
