JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF QUITCLAIM
WITH INDEMNITY
WE, ROWENA KIMURA, RACHELLE DELOS SANTOS, RICARDO
DELOS SANTOS and RAFAEL DELOS SANTOS, Filipino citizens, all of legal
age and residents of Blk. 6, Lot 14, Phase 5, Mary Cris Executive,
Malagasang II, Imus, Cavite, after being duly sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and state: That - -

1. We are the true and lawful heirs of the late NORMA S. DELOS
SANTOS, who died on 21 May 2006 at Pasig City;

2. Our said mother during her lifetime is a depositor with Banco De

Oro Pasig City Branch under Savings Account No. 180103091;

3. Said deceased died without any will or testament and left no debts
of any kind whatsoever to any persons and from any entity, private or
public;

4. The above-mentioned savings account is free from all liens and

encumbrances and we hereby waive all our rights to withdraw the same in
favor of our sister and co-heir, RACHELLE DELOS SANTOS;

5. NOW THEREFORE for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises we hereby undertake to free BANCO DE ORO from any and all
claims, demand, obligation or complaint, which nor or may hereafter exist,
commenced by an heir, or any party on account of the release to me by the
said bank of the funds under the above-mentioned deposit account;

6. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of

the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;
