Dear Ms. ARMI DE GUZMAN;

Our client MORALYN VILLA seek our legal services to ask for you to claim
from you the total sum of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P 21,000.00),
representing the full payment for your debt, subject matter of the contract you had been
a guarantor dated 9/11/2016, 9/22/2016, 9/24/2016, 9/26/2016, 9/30/2016.

With this letter therefore, a formal and final demand is hereby made against you
to settle the above-mentioned matter within five (5) days from receipt hereof. Failure to
heed this demand much to our regret, we shall have no other recourse but to institute
appropriate legal actions against you in court which shall entail payment of twenty
(20%) percent attorneys fees and other consequential damages.

Please give this matter your preferential attention to avoid inconvenience and
embarrassment of court litigation.
