DESCRIPTION
The M27C4002 is a high speed 4 Megabit UV
erasable and electrically programmable EPROM PLCC44 (C) TSOP40 (N)
ideally suited for microprocessor systems requiring 10 x 20 mm
large programs. It is organised as 262,144 by 16
bits.
The Window Ceramic Frit-Seal Dual-in-Line and
J-Lead Chip Carrier packages have transparent Logic Diagram
lids which allow the user to expose the chip to
ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new
pattern can then be written to the device by follow-
ing the programming procedure.
For applications where the content is programmed VCC VPP
only one time and erasure is not required, the
M27C4002 is offered in both Plastic Leaded Chip
Carrier and Plastic Thin Small Outline packages. 18 16
