What is the FAG SmartQB?
The FAG SmartQB is a new and complete solution in
the area of Condition Monitoring.

In case of a change on your machine, an full-text-failure

message appears on the integrated FAG SmartQB
touch-display. This failure message displays reasons for
the condition change.
Possible reasons on a pump could be e.g. bearing
damages, misalignments or cavitation.

According to this first malfunction assignment it is

possible to systematically initiate further maintenance
steps.

This early warning solution which uses the approved

FAG SmartCheck vibration sensor as a measuring
system monitors your machine 24/7. It can be put into
operation immediately without the requirement of
vibration-based knowledge.
