Amendment Notice for BTEC Higher National Diploma Business Specifications

RQF 2016

Changes to the new Higher National Diploma (RQF) specifications for first teaching from
September 2016 have been sidelined where they occur.

The main amendments to the document page numbers (not pdf) are as follows:

1. P8 Job Roles have been added to section 2.5 What could these qualifications lead to?

2. P18/19 TQT/GLH hours have been specified for both HN and HND.

3. P36 Additional section 4.3 Pearson-set assignments. Specific details have been added
here and also in section 6. Assessment on P52.

4. P124/125 Minor amendments in unit content for Unit 10 Financial Accounting

5. P110 Updates Recommended Resources for Unit 7 Business Law.

6. P312 14 Additional details and updated exemptions for Professional Bodies.
