What is bullying?
- Is when someone is being hurt either by words or actions on purpose, usually more than
once feel bad because of it, and has a hard time shopping what is happening to them.

In 2014, nearly 9 out of 10 children (Kinder) ages 10-18 said they have seen cruel or
abusive behavior online directed against them or other people. The word bully can be traced
back as far as the 1530s. 160,000 children in the U.S. stay home because of fear of bullying.
Problem for bullies may also have life-long issued related to bullying. The center for
problem oriented policy gives son examples for why a bully turns to picking someone weaker as
abusive influence in the home and peer group influence. If the peers of the bully agree that
someone is socially different, they may encourage the bully behavior.
If you are being bullied: tell them to stop, get always from the situation and tell a trusted
adult. If you see someone being bullied, be an upstander: tell the person to stop, get a trusted
adult, reach out and be friends. In school learn and help train all adults and youth on how to
recognize and respond to bullying.
Effects of bullying
Bullying can affect everyone those who are bullied, those who bully and those who witness
bullying is linked to many negative outcomes including on mental health substance use, and
suicide.
Cause of bullying:
Harvey Fierstien said Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim.
Accept no ones definition of your life define yourself.
