a) Introduction
Belle Mobile Pet Care was founded by Aisyah S. on August 12, 2012 which currently
operates in Bandung and nearby area. The founder's desire to build a mobile concept pet care is
based on the number of pet owners who often have no time to care their pets. With Belle Mobile
Pet Care, the founder hopes to provide more effective pet care services in terms of time, distance,
and cost.
b) Vision
1) Make a pet shop that can meet the needs and become a pet friend.
2) Provide flexible, effective, and convenient service for customers.
c) Mission
1) Provide special needs for pets and the best service to consumers.
2) Provide call and delivery service for pet care services, consultation with vetenarian and

5. Job Description
a) CEO+++
a. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term
managerial team.
c. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and
important shareholders.
f. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company
professional societies.
c) Human Resource Development+++
a. Consumer complaint approval submitted by marketing staff.
b. Supervise and receive employee performance reports from each field head and evaluate it.
c. Conducting staffing with the approval of general manager.
d. Pay attention to the welfare of employees.
e. Manages the salary of employees.
f. Set the scheduling of employees' working hours.
d) Sales & Marketing Staff+++
a. Describe consumer desires to other departments.
b. Promoting the company through offline and online.
c. Designing marketing strategies as effectively as possible.
d. Make product requirements and price list.
e. Receiving complaints given by the consumer to be forwarded to general manager.
f. Re-checking weekly and monthly sales reports.
e) Administrative Staff
a. Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
