a) Introduction
Belle Mobile Pet Care was founded by Aisyah S. on August 12, 2012 which currently

operates in Bandung and nearby area. The founder's desire to build a mobile concept pet care is

based on the number of pet owners who often have no time to care their pets. With Belle Mobile

Pet Care, the founder hopes to provide more effective pet care services in terms of time, distance,

and cost.
b) Vision
1) Make a pet shop that can meet the needs and become a pet friend.
2) Provide flexible, effective, and convenient service for customers.
c) Mission
1) Provide special needs for pets and the best service to consumers.
2) Provide call and delivery service for pet care services, consultation with vetenarian and

all pet needs

3. Product & Service


a) Product
1) All kinds of dogs, cats and rabbits foods. Such as wet, dry, and canned foods with a price

range of Rp.30,000-Rp.300,000 as shown by the pictures below. (product image 10

pictures)
2) All kinds of dogs, cats and rabbits care products such as shampoos, powders, anti fleas &

fungus medicines, etc. with price range from Rp.15.000-Rp.350.000 (picture 10)
b) Service
a. Food delivery service with shipping cost of Rp.2.000/km and 25 km maximum delivery

range.
b. Grooming services such as hair clipping, baths, nails cutting, ear cleaning, tooth

brushing, with a price range from Rp.15,000-Rp.60,000


c. Veteranian call service for pet check-up (which will be referred to the nearest vet if there

is more serious illness).

a) CEO+++
a. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term

and long-term objectives.


b. Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing

managerial team.
c. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and

are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.


d. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys

legality and business ethics..


e. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for

important shareholders.
f. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company

survival and growth.


g. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
b) General Manager
a. Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching,

counseling, and disciplining managers.


b. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting

assumptions; recommending objectives.


c. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results

measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.


d. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and

employees; enforcing ethical business practices.


e. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
f. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in

professional societies.

a. Consumer complaint approval submitted by marketing staff.
b. Supervise and receive employee performance reports from each field head and evaluate it.
