Time
In addition to regular time notation, an unmeasured notation is applied to some parts
of the piece. In these parts, three types of fermatas imply general length indications:
- long - middle - short
Above each fermata, an exact time indication is given these indications shouldnt be
treated strictly. One should adjust the length of the fermatas to the acoustical features of
the performance space as well as to personal interpretation.
These passages should be played as continuous as possible, with smooth transitions
between the boxed notes.
