Optional Coverages

LDW/CDW is included in most rates. LDW/CDW reduces customer liability from the full value of the vehicle to a nominated excess. excess Reduction (ER) can be purchased
at the rental counter to reduce excess. Coverage conditions may vary by rate code. Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance
at the time of rental. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental. Please Note: If you require additional coverage you may
purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your vehicle.
Please note that even if you pay the Excess Reduction, you are always responsible for the full costs of repairing any damage (for example, damage which occurs if you drive
the vehicle into a bridge, a tunnel, a tree or the roof or boom gate of a car park); underbody damage (for example, damage to the exhaust systems, suspension and chassis
caused by carelessly driving over gutters or kerbs or driving along poor quality roads at excessive speeds); water damage; or damage caused by breach of the rental agreement.

Debit Card Policies

Budget accepts any debit card for the payment of a vehicle rental which:
is issued by a bank or other financial institution; and
displays the MasterCard or Visa logo; and
has the customer's name and card number on the card.
At commencement of rental, Budget does not accept a prepaid or reloadable stored value card, a travel money card or an EFTPOS
card. A credit or debit card as outlined above must be presented at commencement of rental. Upon completion of rental, some Budget
locations will accept a prepaid or reloadable stored value card as a form of payment.
At the start of your rental a hold will be placed on your account for total rental charges plus a bond of $400.
Charges will be processed after completion of the rental and if applicable the unused portion of the authorisation will be released to
you. Depending on your bank, this may take up to 10 business days. Budget will not be held responsible for any overdraft fees based
on this policy.

Driver's License Requirements

A valid driving licence from the renters country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental.
This licence must include a photo and be written in English and must represent legally authorized, uninterrupted driving privileges, and unrestricted Driver Licence (i.e. not a
probationary Licence) in the country of residence for at least one year immediately prior to the rental pick-up date.
This licence must certify the driver as qualified to legally operate the class and category of vehicle being rented.
All driver licences printed non Latin/Roman characters must be accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit (IDP)
All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers must meet the same restrictions as the primary driver.

Extensions or late returns may result in additional charges. See the Rental Terms and Conditions, or contact your rental location for
more information.

Age Requirements

At this location the minimum age is 21. Drivers aged 21-24 are limited to renting only:
Car groups A (Economy), B (Compact), and C (Intermediate)
Truck groups A (1 Tonne Tray), C (Delivery Van), F (Moving Van), Group G (Small Tray), Group H (Transit Van) and Group L (Dual Cab Ute)
A Young Driver surcharge applies per day, per driver for drivers aged 21-24, regardless of the length of the rental.
Estimated Totals

Estimated total includes base rate, surcharges, administration fees and GST. Items such as fuel are not included in the estimated total.
Optional coverages and other rental options, GPS and child safety seats are subject to surcharges, administration fees and GST and
they may not be reflected in the estimated total if you are not using www.budget.com.au
Estimated total is subject to change based upon exchange rates at the time of rental.

Travel Into Other Countries

Vehicles are not permitted to leave Australia. Vehicles are not permitted to travel between mainland Australia and Tasmania. Vehicles cannot be taken into or out of the
Northern Territory or Western Australia.

Where You Can and Cannot Drive The Vehicle

You and any Authorised Driver must not, unless authorised in writing by Budget, drive or take the Vehicle:
(a) to Gove Peninsula or any island off the coast of Australia (including, but not limited to, Kangaroo Island, Bruny Island, Fraser Island, Groote Eylandt or the Tiwi
Islands);
(b) into or out of the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania;
(c) in Queensland:
(1) on Highway No.27: beyond Chillagoe in a Westerly direction;
(2) on Highway No.1: beyond Normanton in a Southerly, direction and no further North than Karumba;
(3) if the Vehicle is a passenger vehicle or truck, beyond Cooktown to the North or Lakeland to the West and no further North than Cape Tribulation on the Coast
Road; or
(4) on the Coast Road from Helenvale to Cape Tribulation, or from Laura to Lakeland, unless the Vehicle is a 4 wheel drive vehicle;
(d) in the snow (at any time and anywhere (including Tasmania));
(e) above the snow line in:
(1) New South Wales (being Jindabyne); or
(2) Victoria (being Bright), from the beginning of June until the end of September;
(f) on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood waters; or
(g) in Western Australia, to any parts North of Carnarvon; or
(h) in the Northern Territory, on the Jim Jim Falls Road to Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls.
