STEPS ACTIVITY
1 1. Teacher gets individual students to read the text out loud.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT 2. The class discusses the text and identifies abbreviations and short forms in the sample email.
3. Teacher lists out all the abbreviations that can be found in the sample email and more.
4. The class discusses the use and purpose of the abbreviations.
5. Students then rewrite the email wholly in proper form.
6. Answers are then checked and marked together in class.

CONCLUSION Students to complete any corrections that may be required after checking of answers.

4. Discuss the answers together before proceeding to the following task.
