18 STATEMENT OF THE CASE
19 This is an action of an intentional infliction of emotional
20 distress arising out of an intentional wrong doing of SEXUAL
21 BATTERY offense. Done willfully and knowingly asserted against
22 the perpetrator JULIAN GEORGESCQ manager. Who exhibited the
23 Mens Rea? With the intent to violate the plaintiffs personal
24 rights with a willful disregard for the plaintiffs safety.
25 STATEMENT OF FACTS
26 On June 16th,-19th and November 15th, -19th, and the 24th the
27 offender JULIAN GEORGESCQ Manager committed the intentional

6 by the offender not to cause harm by intentionally injuring the
7 plaintiff LOREN MARSHALL.
