Whats research?

Research is a process which involves planning systematically to solve a research question created by the
researcher. Thus, research has to be carried out in stages. These stages include the collection of data or
texts which are gathered for interpretation, and sometimes it includes the application of some processes in
order to prove that the researchers insights are true about a situation. Then, when something is known, it
means that there is supportive evidence which assures how something works or what it carries out.

axioms and using logic in
order to work upon them.
4 Empirical knowledge This is the knowledge we
acquire by being in the
real-world, observing,
experimenting and drawing
conclusions.
