COURSE DESCRIPTION :This PC OPERATIONS NC II Qualification consists of
competencies that will allow effective and efficient use of personal computers where
use of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software is required
including access to email and the use of wed browsers for searching and locating
data and information on the internet. It also includes competencies in quality
standards, workplace communication, teamwork, career professionalism, and safety.
