1.1.2 Ensure, through constant check and reminder, that all

achievement of the student

and the Rector, any serious misbehaviour of the student

outside the class through Special Disciplinary Form
(d) students' performance and Performance Audit at the
end of each term
(e) whenever so requested and when parents call to
school
3 Pastoral care 3.1 Moral values 3.1.1 Inculcate and disseminate moral / human values and
courteousness during Form Periods, Morning
Assemblies, Activity Periods, Replacement Periods,
School activities and when the situation so arises in
class
3.1.2 Attend meetings with students, parents, Rector and
psychologists to discuss matters pertaining to the
welfare of the students
3.1.3 Participate whenever required in the School Pastoral
Care Committee
3.1.4 Participate with and assist Resource Persons invited at
school to deliver talks to students
4 Professional 4.1 Induction and in- 4.1.1 Attend induction and in-service courses whenever
development service programmes requested by the School Administration and the Ministry
of Education and Human Resources
4.1.2 Share with colleagues and students good practices

4.1.3 Apply such good practices, whenever relevant, for the
betterment of the teaching / learning process
5 Management 5.1 Monitoring key tasks 5.1.1 Assist HOD in planning and implementation of teaching

(d) meetings of the department
5.2 Practical classes 5.2.1 Carry out practical classes
5.2.2 To ensure proper conduct of practical classes
5.2.3 To brief students on safety norms and precautions in
chemistry lab
5.2.4 To ensure a safe and healthy environment in specialist
rooms with the help of attendants.
