ROSARIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GRADUATION EXERCISES

April 07, 2017 (7:30 A.M.)

I. INTRODUCTION:

Lourdes: Good morning everyone, Im Ms. Lourdes S. Ramirez, a grade I teacher of this
school and Ill be your host for today. Im delighted to be here for our 2016-2017
Graduation Exercise. We expect this program to last approximately 3 hours. Before
we begin this ceremony, let me tell you just a few reminders to make this program
successful and enjoyable. We would like to remind you to turn your cell phones to silent
mode and be courteous to those around you by refraining from talking aloud and moving
from places to places. Thank you very much. Joining me today is Mrs. Melissa D.
Panaligan, my fellow teacher in Grade I.

Melissa: Thank you, Lou! Its an honor to be here to this dignified and special event,
the high point of the academic year. Because, today we celebrate the accomplishments
and academic achievements of our students. Therefore, as mentioned, courtesy,
attention, and decorum are important and expected.

Lourdes: Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an
educational journey and the beginning of another more uncertain and more difficult
part of mans quest for a better life and future.

Melissa: Truly, today signifies the culmination of six years of hard work in the
relentless pursuit of knowledge: knowledge that will enable a person to embrace
opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose.

Lourdes and Melissa: Friends, ladies and gentlemen welcome to the Graduation
Exercises of Rosario Elementary School.

II. PROCESSIONAL

Lourdes: Ladies and gentlemen, let us all stand as we witness the graduating class
together with their proud parents. First in line are the cream of the crop of Batch
2016- 2017.

Melissa: Tailing next are the pillars of this school, the indefatigable and competent
teaching staff of Rosario Elementary School, led by Sir Saturnino R. Batara, the School
Principal. Next in line, we also have marching our distinguished guest speaker in the
persona of Mr. Vel June C. De Leon assisted by the Grade VI advisers namely Mrs.
Nenita G. Javier and Mrs. Remedios R. Matias to be followed by our hardworking and
efficient PTA and Barangay Officials.

Lourdes: Ladies and gentlemen, behold the entrance of colors by the selected BSP
pupils.

Melissa: Please remain standing for the singing of our National Anthem and Santiago
Hymn with Maam Elizabeth P. Baccay conducting to be followed by a doxology by the
selected Grade V pupils for our invocation.

Lourdes: You may now be seated. Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my distinct privilege to
introduce to you Mr. Jessie C. Dupitas, our beloved PTA President for the Opening
Remarks. Let us give him a resounding applause.

Melissa: Thank you, Mr. Dupitas. And now may I call on Angelika M. Trono to give us
her Welcome Address. Let us give her big, big hand.

VII. PRESENTATION, ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF THE CANDIDATES


FOR GRADUATION

Lourdes: At this juncture, may I call on our ever handsome School Principal Sir
Saturnino R. Batara to present the candidates for graduation to be accepted and
confirmed by Dr. Florante E. Vergara, CESO VI, our Schools Division Superintendent
or his duly authorized representative. Let us give them a round of applause.

VIII. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES


Melissa: Dear graduates the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The
fruit of hard work and discipline will finally be reaped. You will now be receiving your
prized diploma, a symbol of accomplishment.

Lou: May I request ___________________and ___________________ together


with our School Principal to congratulate our graduates and
____________________to assist in the distribution of diplomas.

Melissa: Ladies and gentleman the cream of the crop of SY 2016- 2017 with their
parents and the graduating class of Grade VI-1 in receiving their diplomas under the
advisorship of Mrs. Nenita G. Javier.

Lou: At this juncture, may I call on Mrs. Ellen M. Sadangsal the Grade- IV- 1 adviser
to do the honour in introducing our Guest Speaker for todays affair. Let us give her a
resounding applause.

Melissa: Thank you very much for that heartfelt and insightful message. Once again
lets give a resounding applause to our guest speaker Mr. Vel June C. De Leon.

XI. AWARDING OF MEDALS TO HONOR AND COMMENDABLE PUPILS

Lou: It is said that the quality of a persons life is in direct proportion to his or her
commitment to excellence. Ladies and gentlemen, let us recognize those students who
make ordinary things extra ordinary.

Melissa: At this point let us listen to the cream of the crop none other than Kathleen
Claire D. Astudillo as she delivers her words of gratitude. Let us give her a resounding
applause.

Lou: Thank you Kathleen. This years pledge of loyalty will be given to us by Kyle Efren
U. Genobili. Let us give him a big, big hand.

Melissa: Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feelings with the
movement of time. Through a song that emphasizes that a journey is more important
than the destination. Let us hear the graduates sing Breaking Free and Pasasalamat
with Mr. Melvin Cris F. Dizon in charge.
GRADUATION SONG

Lou: To give us the closing remarks, may we have our school principal none other than
Mr. Saturnino R. Batara. Lets all clap for him.
CLOSING REMARKS

Melissa: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and
opportunities await our graduates that will further test their mettle as improving
individuals. As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in
their life with fondness and pride. Ladies and gentlemen, let us all clap for the
graduates of school year 2016- 2017.

Lou: Please rise for the recessional. Another achievement has been fulfilled today, I
would like to say thank you to all our guests for joining us in this once in a lifetime
event. Thank you very much and God bless you always.

Melissa: To all graduates, we wish you good luck, good health and may God offer you
heaps of blessing in the days ahead.
