Outbound Interface was developed using SQR to provide benefit enrolment information
to the third party vendor.
Excel-to-CI was developed for Uploading of the Providers data into the PeopleSoft
System.

Involved in customization and development of PeopleSoft objects like records, pages,

candidates, scheduling candidates at the clients location, follow up with the candidates
and follow up on candidate status with the Account Managers.
Very strong with networking and relationship building.
Strong Negotiation and Closure skills. Made 2 closures every month and build a strong
in-house resume database for future use.
Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate
information relating to each individual and status of their submittals.
Learned and earned a good knowledge of recruiting and understanding of US market,
researched all the process, from resume submission to the client, till the paper work
done.
