RE: FEE QUOTATIONS FOR CRUSHED STONES AND SAND

Refer to your request inviting us to submit a quotation for crush stones and Sand materials for your
company situated in Busega, for the purpose of operating business in Uganda.

We have noted that you have given us three (3) working days as the time schedule for us to complete
the said assignment. And we surveyed that these quoted prices are equally similar to the other business
companies i.e. Sekindi Stone Quarry Co. Ltd in Muyenga, Sterling Co. Ltd, Build wide Stone Quarry
Co. Ltd and Roko Construction Co. Ltd., however the difference with use, where we believe we are
the best, it is that we can crush and deliver to the site.

The proposed fee for undertaking the work, which we consider reasonable, is as hereunder:

tun

4. 7 mm (1/4 Inch) for double seal Ushs. 60,000 per tun

5. 20 mm (3/4 Inch) for double seal Ushs 70,000 per tun

SAND: Ushs70000

ROCK BOULDERS:63000 Ushs 63000 per tun

All these prices can still be negotiated ounce we sit down and agree on the final last prices that suit
both of us. Hoping this satisfies the requirements as set out in your request and offer laid to us and the
Terms of Reference therewith enclosed.
