DESCRIPTION
Service gate valve with threaded in-line connections for water and gas.

CHARACTERISTICS
Main seal made by simply compressing the surface of the
rubber wedge, with no rubbing or wear over time.

Secondary seal using O-rings in a brass bearing replaceable

under pressure (ISO 7259).

Maximum operating temperature: 70C.

Operating pressure: 16 bar with water; 0.5 bar with gas.

Test pressure: 24 bar (UNI ISO 2531 Standard).

Cover fitted with screw-in profile for extension spindle

attachment.

Dust-proof upper cover for buried service.

Cover bolts protected with permanent plastic sealing mate-

rial for removal when necessary.

Inner and outer coating in Rilsan, average thickness 200

microns.

IMPORTANT: the service valve has to be use only in

complete opened or complete closed position.

Angle-type service valve with threaded connection for water and gas.

CHARACTERISTICS
Main seal made by simply compressing the rubber surface
of the pad.

Secondary seal using O-rings in a brass bearing replaceable

under pressure (ISO 7259).

Maximum operating temperature: 70C.

Operating pressure: 16 bar with water, 0.5 bar with gas.

Test pressure: 24 bar (UNI ISO 2531 Standard).

Cover fitted with screw-in profile for extension spindle

attachment.

DESCRIPTION
Service valve with PE fittings and grip ring on both sides.

CHARACTERISTICS
The contact between wedge and body is friction free, there-
fore no scuffing or abrasion of the wedge.

O-ring for spindle seals are positioned in a brass bearing,

replaceable under pressure (ISO 7259).

Fittings for PE pipe complete with grip ring.

Body and cover with rilsan coating medium thickness 200

microns.

Cover designed for threaded connection to extension spind-

le mod. 905/I.

Wiper ring of elastomer to protect by dust and powder.

Screws on the cover protected by corrosion.

Max working temperature: 70C.

Working pressure: 16 bar.

Test pressure: 24 bar.
