DESCRIPTION
Universal joint suitable for connections between spigotend pipes made by different materials, with same DN but different outlet
diameters.

CHARACTERISTICS
A comprehensive range of couplings to suit the various
outside diameters of pipes with nominal bores between DN
40 and DN 300 (e.g.: steel with ductile or cast iron, cast iron
with asbestos cement, steel with PVC), no need for seal ring
replacement. Pipes of diverse materials and outside diame-
ters can be connected by one single joint, it considerably
reduces supplies held in warehouse.

Perfect tightness even on piping with uneven surfaces.

Easy to install.

Savings on installation costs thanks to quicker mounting

times afforded by small-section excavations.

The high adhesion and impact resistance characteristics

offered by the Rilsan coating of body and ring nuts elimina-
tes the need for additional on-site coatings.

Maximum operating temperature: 70 C.

Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar.

Test pressure: 24 bar.

Tightening torque: 5565 Nm.

Maximum pipe axial movement allowed by seal distortion:

10 mm.

Maximum pipe angular aeflection: 6on each end of the

joint, to absorb any ground settlement.

All metal, rubber, and coatings used have been designed

for contact with water for human consumption, pursuant to
the terms of the Italian Health Ministry Decree no. 174 of

DESCRIPTION
Universal joint with a flanged end and a coupling-type end on the opposite side, suitable for interconnecting a flanged pipe with a
smooth-end pipe made of different material but with same rated diameter.

CHARACTERISTICS
Flange adaptor designed to join pipes of various materials
(e.g.: steel with ductile or cast iron, cast iron with asbestos
cement, steel with PVC), and outside diameters to flanges of
the same or different nominal bores, with no need to replace

DESCRIPTION
Three flange type, flange drilling according to UNI EN 1092-2 (other on request).

CHARACTERISTICS
Suitable for connection of every type of flanged pipes or
special pieces.

Angular deflections of pipe are not allowed.

Maximum axial spacing during installation: 25 mm (s).

High resistance to axial strength.

External coating blue RAL5005 epoxy paint or tar paint

for underground application, 120 micron thickness. Hot-dip
galvanization is an alternative. Others on request.

Larger diameters and higher pressure ratings are available

on request.
