highest quality bakery products and the best possible services to the food industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF EACH POSITION:

Master Baker:
Check the quality of ingredients
Prepare equipment for baking
Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders
Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough
Set oven temperature
Observe color and state of products being baked

Baker Helper:
Carries and distributes supplies, such as flour, shortening, and baking pans
Mixes, kneads, or shapes dough for bread, rolls, muffins, or biscuits
Cuts dough into uniform portions
Greases pans used to mold or bake breads and lines pans with waxed paper
Removes baked products from oven.

Kitchen Assistant:
Preparation of basic food unloading deliveries from suppliers
Organizing the storage room
Washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls

Job brief (driver)


Responsible for deliveries and distribute products promptly to the customers
Follow route and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

Bakery Manager
Manages department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor,
and other operational processes to company standards
Plan and order according to work plan and standards to maximize sales and gross profit.

Bakery Clerks
Work in the bakery dept., preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising
baked goods.
Inform customers about the products and services and often ask customers to try
samples of bakery products as a way to increase sales.
