Problem 1 The current system is insecure.

Cause All the transaction occurring is manually recorded by the store personnel
into spreadsheet. Data are recorded into several books by several staff at
different times. Records are often misplaced and data exposed to
everybody on the store
Effect - Loss of data.
- Data can be overwritten and become unrecoverable.
- Displacement of files if someone tampering with the system.
Solution - The new online system will have admin privileges to update and
database will have constant backup

Problem 2 The current system does not have a loyalty and reward scheme.
Cause Lack of technical knowledge and no business process improvement.
Effect - Customer dissatisfaction
Solution - The new system will have customer activity which automatically
assign discounts for customers depending on their spending.

Problem 3 The current system is slow in storing data such as transactions, orders
and stock.
Cause Data is stored manually in books and spreadsheet which takes time
Effect -Customer leaves shop due to unsatisfied customers
-Prone to loss of files

Problem 4 The current system has no delivery method/ option

Cause The pizzeria does not have enough staff and facilities(website) d for
pizza delivery.
Effect Cannot maximize profit
