North Shore School District 112 is partnering with One2One Risk Solutions to provide
Program
accident protection for our 3rd 8th grade Chromebook Initiative. Summary
Your enrollment in this
program is covered through the student registration fees you pay each school year**. Your
automatic registration in this program will protect you from the full cost to repair or replace
your school-issued device and limit your responsibility to a per-occurrence deductible,
should a loss occur.

**If student registration fees are not paid, families are responsible for the full cost of device repair or replacement if a claim
is necessary.

Accidental Damage
Any dishonest, fraudulent, malicious, criminal
acts or acts of vandalism
Cracked Screens

Fire
Any use not in accordance with District
Acceptable Use Policies
Lightning

Liquid Damage Additional loss caused by the failure to use all

reasonable means to protect the device after it
Electrical Surge has been damaged

Computer peripherals Any loss to software, data, documents, music,

videos, recordings or other personal
Damages to Loaner/Replacement Device information that I have placed on the device

Loss/Theft* Disappearance of the device not reported to
