Chapter 2

Reset Your Money Frequencies


Chapter Overview: In order to change negative conditioning about money, you must reset
your money frequencies. Chapter 2 combines science and the ancient knowledge about
vibrations to make this shift.

Quantum physics is exploring the finest particles vibrations. While the ancient yogis knew
that sound (vibration) could change the frequency of our body, mind, and spirit.

Yogic Technique: Visualize your entire brain filling up with the Prosperity Sound
Vibration.

Practice Tip: Chant the sound Shreem as often as possible for one week. Record any
changes you experience.

Goal Setting Guide


You will need to set aside 20 minutes to complete this goal-setting guide. Choose a quiet
place where you can relax and reflect on the following questions.

These questions and answers are for your personal use only. You will receive the most
benefit from this process if you answer honestly and embrace your authentic desires.

Goal = Direction
Step 1: Set Your Goals
a) Goal #1: What is one goal are you focused on right now that you know is
attainable and will benefit your current situation?

[Examples] Pay off your current credit card debt; buy or lease a new car; apply for a higher
paying job or ask for a promotion at your current job, etc.

b) Goal #2: What is one goal that will push you a little bit outside of your comfort
zone, but is one of your true and authentic desires?

[Examples] Starting your own business; manifesting the money and time to take your
family on a vacation; receiving approval for a loan to buy the home you desire, etc.

c) Goal #3: What is one goal that pushes your limits and takes you completely outside
of the box and into the realm of your imagination? This is the time to dream big!

[Examples] Quitting your job and traveling around the world; collaborating with a
powerful or famous person on a project; becoming a millionaire!

Step 2: Make Every Second Count
Creating a time frame or a target amount for your goal gives it a tangible measurement that
you can work towards each day. You want to create a realistic measurement, but also one
that will challenge you enough to stretch outside your comfort zone.

a) In the box below, set a time frame to accomplish Goal #1 (see Step 1 for goal).
[Examples] Give yourself a deadline of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc.

Step 3: Create a Support System


Now that you have a timeline for your goals, what resources do you need to make your goal
a reality? Remember; even if your goal seems far away, write down the necessary
resources so you have a place to start.

Step 4: Take Action


This step is all about action. Waiting is a waste of time. Now is the time to turn your good
idea into a goal.

a) In the box below, list at least one action step you can take toward achieving Goal #1.

[Examples] Send out resumes to 5 new companies; hire a personal assistant, network with
people on social media for new business contacts, fill out this worksheet to affirm your
goals, etc.

Step 5: Commitment to Your Practice
Now that you have established (or revisited) your 3 goals, incorporate them into your daily
contemplation and visualization practices using the yogic techniques to activate the
Millionaires Brain.
