1. The Electrolyser
The electolyser consist of bi-polar anode and cathodes that are arranged to form multiple cells.
Electrolyser material is titanium. Anodes required a coating of mixed material oxides(MMO) of the platinum group of metal

2. ACID Washing system

During electrolysis, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide will deposit on the cathode,
a process commonly referred to as scaling It is universal phenomenon with all electro-chlorinators.
ACID washing system is easy remove by flushing the 5 % diluted hydrochloric acid.
ACID washing system is possible for periodic operation by user, the process takes approx. 1 hour.

3. Hypo Dosing system

Hypo dosing pump type using the piston or diaphragm or centrifugal mag-drvie dosing pump
Quantity of dosing pumps is 1 x 100 % or 2 x 100 % and consists of duty and stand-by functional.
Hypo dosing pump controlled by proportional flow or programmable on-line residual Cl2 control
Hypo dosing system is operation of the continuous and shock dosing at the anti-bio-fouling.

4. Hypo Storage Tank & Hydrogen de-gassing Blower
Hydrogen is always generated during electro-chlorination and is directly proportional the amount
of generated chlorine.
Hydrogen is the safely diluted and removed with blower air from blower fan.
There are usually 2 blower fans, a duty and stand-by fan.

Purpose of Chlorination Package

Where seawater is used for cooling purposes, sodium hypochlorite is an economical and safe method to produce
this powerful biocide and disinfecting agent in offshore and marine applications.
For offshore applications, Electro-Chlorination Package (anti-fouling systems) are built as complete skid-mounted units
with each component stringently tested prior to assembly, ready for immediate shipment, installation and commissioning.
