For any special application we provide products in strict accordance with the specifications of the material,
dimensions and other parameters required by the customer.
Security Labels - all range of destructible labels, able to highlight the destruction of the seal through the standard
texts or specified by customer.
Masking tapes - tapes are resistant to high temperatures, polyimide products with silicone adhesive resistant up to
500 c, which can be removed without leaving residues. Available in a wide range of dimensions such as: thick-1
mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and width 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm and 25 mm.
Labels with high resistance to temperature - a whole range of high-temperature resistant labels, made from
special materials (polyimide Kapton , acrylate, etc.) used to identify the components in the production process.

Printed labels - digital technology used by LTHD Corporation offers the possibility of printed and preprinted labels as
required by customers. Label printing is done in full color using various technologies at a resolution of up to 1200 dpi.
LTHD Corporation has helped over 500 companies to fulfill solutions of identification (tags, ribbons). We have the
necessary materials and the technology that allow us cutting the labels and to execute as many or few labels and
most importantly no matter how complicated it would be the design. It's what we do best.
With the full line of equipment from LTHD Corporation you can print, codify and apply labels as you want in your
working environment . To assist the operations of handling related to the products we also have a complete line of bar
code scanners 1D and 2D, RFID readers and portable data collection.
The label is most often the image remains visible and which represents the interface between the producer and the
customer who needs them. Sounds trite but the label is what sells your product and where the manufacturer is
discovered in the final product.
But this does not define nowhere near the quality of this label. This must be used in a practical way in the purpose
for which it was produced.

Smart Bag :

Aluminum metallized static shielding bags. Available metal-in, metal-out or moisture

barrier with or without zippers.
The Static Shielding metal in bags give good protection against direct and indirect
discharge, and triboelectric charging. These bags are used for packaging electronic
components and subassemblies that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Thanks to
the flexibility we have, the ESD bags don't have standard sizes. The bags are produced
at the sizes and volumes that our clients request.
The Moisture Barrier bags which beside the ESD protection feature, they also have the
property to protect against humidity. Due to the rigidity of the raw material, these bags
can be sealed and the products inside them don't have any contact with
the environment, this improving the products lifetime.
LTHD Corporation produces these bags with 3M raw material, compatible with RoHS
requirements.

Smart Box:

From the wide range of products, LTHD Corporation is manufacturing boxes from cellular polypropylene with antistatic
properties. These boxes are used to transport and storage products that need protection against electrostatic
discharges. The raw material used is compatible with RoHS requirements.
This polypropylene can have different thicknesses and the boxes are produced according to customer requirements.
The thickness of the polypropylene is chosen depending on the weight that the box should support. From this
polypropylene, separators are made to divide the box and use all the available space.
Gradually these polypropylene antistatic boxes will replace the cardboard boxes that are now used, because they
preserve a cleaner storage space and dust free.

The raw material for these boxes is always on stock at our deposit in Timisoara.

The BLACKLINE stacking containers with standard base are designed for European pallets, 1200x800 /
1200x1000 mm. The different container sizes may be stacked together in a wide range of configurations. A rugged and
solid construction with minimal internal draft angle of only 2 mm, ensures maximum space utilisation in all container
heights. Holes in the top frames allow integration with other system components such as lids, Printorama, etc. Shell
handles are included on all containers (except 44 mm high). Exact dimensional tolerances ensure that all
BLACKLINE containers retain compatibility, whatever the age of the product. Average stack loads are 500 kg. Both
BLACKLINE and LOGILINE containers are fully compatible, a real wez advantage!

The Xeikon 3030 is packed with features to ensure it produces nothing less than head-turning
