8. FALSE ALARM REVIEW BOARD APPOINTMENT:


Effective September 1, 2007, Bobby Ryon resigned from his position on the
False Alarm Review Board. He served as a private citizen who resides in the
city and represents residential property owners. Other than the Police Chief
and Fire Chief, the Board members shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor
and City Council.

9. 2007 NEW ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION:


Andrea Nickels is the new owner of ABNickels Inc dba Vann’s located at 135 W
Hendry, fka Elrods Bar & Grill. She is applying for a new Business and Alcoholic
Beverage License to sell beer, wine and liquor. Ashley Boatwright is the local
manager responsible for alcohol sales.

A proposed Ordinance to amend the City of Hinesville’s Code of Ordinances

Keeping, Prohibited Conditions

11. 2008 EPA BROWNFIELD CLEAN-UP APPLICATION RESOLUTION


# 2007-38: The City of Hinesville is applying for an “Innovation in American
Government Award” which is administered by the Ash Institute for Democratic
Governance and Innovation at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at
Harvard University.

17-1-0. CYCLES FOR SANTA EVENT: City of Hinesville will host a Cycles for
Santa event on Saturday, November 03, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The ride will start at Bradwell Park and end at the LCRD Stafford Pavilion.
The ride will benefit adult patients at the Georgia Regional Hospital.
Entrance fee is $10.00 per person or an unwrapped gift valued at $10.00.
