Project: Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, Dubai.
The 200 bed hospital building having 2B+G+3storey plus a technical level, overall built up area of 85000m2.
Monitored and executed structure.
Client: Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Consultant: Studio Altieri International,
Architect: Eng. Adnan Saffarini

Project: Al Muneera Development, Al Raha beach, Abu Dhabi.

Distinctively designed multi storey apartment buildings, magnificent villas with waterfront and canal views,
underground diverted traffic. An office tower with a unique covered walkway and a "Bridge Link" to the island
connecting to cafs, restaurants and retail outlets. Eleven sea-facing, five-bedroom villas on the promenade
spreaded over two levels. Monitored and completed internal fit outs and external facades of a 12 storey mainland
residential tower in coordination with MEP services, handing over of units to client satisfaction.

Project: Yas Island Marina hotel, Abu Dhabi.

The project comprised of two elliptical towers, 8 and 6 floors on land and other in a marina linked bridge with
glass bottom hotel towers, one floor providing underneath view of the racetrack having two levels of
underground parking, podium, Ballroom and various restaurant outlets. Both buildings are covered by a unique
Architectural shell cloak structure which incorporates specialist lighting effects. Monitored and completed
structure, post structural finishes in coordination with MEP services, management and supervision of fit out
activities for SPA and restaurants.

Project: Burj Dubai Development plots 58 & 59, Dubai.

The project comprises of three levels of Underground Car parks, ground floor, and 5 levels of podium - Tower 58
of 25 levels and tower 59 of 26 levels, overall built up Area of 78000 m2. Monitored and executed internal
finishes, completed single bed apartment mockup to client satisfaction.

Project: Burj Dubai - Old Town residential Phase 2A, Dubai.

Successfully completed the stone package for 13 residential buildings of low and medium rise up to 10 floors
Comprising 520 apartments and handing over of apartments.

Project: Madinat Jumeirah resort phase-3.

Heritage themed retail souq comprising of 85 shops and multiple restaurants, a health club, a banquet hall /
multipurpose venue of 35000m2, 7 luxury villas, canal waterways and parking for 1000 vehicles. Built up area of
88000 m2. Monitored and completed structure, post structural finishes in coordination with MEP services and DLP.
